For over a decade, Bootheel Babies & Families has been working with partners throughout our region to address the issues that contribute to infant mortality and poor maternal health in our region. We are pleased to gather with other leaders in our industry for our third ELEVATE conference. This one-day-only event provides a rare opportunity to engage in cross-sector dialogue that can drive real change. Last year, we brought together experts from organizations representing 13 Missouri counties plus Southern Illinois, and Northern Arkansas.

Join us for panel discussions, breakout sessions, resource connections, and a thought-provoking keynote address, all looking at how these issues are impacting the mothers and babies we serve.
