Bootheel Babies & Families is partnering with Bootheel Perinatal Network to bring an electronic referral platform, Unite Us, to the Bootheel. Our goal is to connect partners through this platform, so we can better serve our community by efficiently and equitably getting people to resources they need. The platform is free for community partners and there are several licenses for larger organizations that will be free as well.
How does becoming part of the BoRN network benefit your organization?
This is a win-win for Bootheel organizations and families because it will efficiently link providers, home visitors, and community workers with clients who are looking for their services. Unite Us has done an excellent job at making sure our work is customized to fit the Bootheel area.

Ready to become a part of BoRN? Here’s how to join.
1. Complete the BoRN Partner Agreement by signing and emailing it to Rachelle Bennett at rachelle@bootheelbabies.org.
2. Complete the Unite Us Partner Registration Form. This is where you will list which programs will be able to accept referrals and which staff will need to have login credentials. Rachelle Bennett at rachelle@bootheelbabies.org can assist with this form if needed.
